Acceptance of Terms

Startupkit Today ("Company", "we", "us") provides a marketing + web app framework, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Product"). By accessing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.

Licenses

When you purchase a license we grant you a non-transferable right to use the Product as defined below:

• Maker License: Unlimited personal and internal company projects.
• Studio License: Includes the Maker rights plus the ability to use the kit for client engagements.
• Ecosystem License: Includes Studio rights, private onboarding, and custom support outlined at purchase.

No license grants ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Modify the source code, design tokens, and content for your own launches.
• Deploy the Product to your preferred hosting platform.
• Reuse sections across multiple ideas or clients covered by your license tier.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell the Product as a competing boilerplate, template, or marketplace item.
• Share license keys or source code outside of the authorized team or client.
• Remove proprietary notices or falsely claim that you created the original framework.
• Use the Product for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain with Startupkit Today. Your modifications belong to you, but the underlying framework continues to be owned by us.

Payments & Refunds

Fees are due at purchase via Stripe or another approved processor. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee—email team@startupkit.today within 14 days if the Product is not a fit and we will refund you.

Updates & Support

All license tiers include lifetime updates delivered via email or repo access. Support levels match the plan you purchased and may include async email help, Loom walkthroughs, or live pairing for Ecosystem customers.

Third-Party Services

The Product integrates with platforms such as Stripe, Resend, Vercel, or other APIs you choose. Each service has its own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop distributing or using the Product, but your deployed applications may continue to run unless we explicitly revoke them.

Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk when deploying modifications or integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startupkit Today shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Startupkit Today harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Product evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
